At the fine age of 20 Elisabetta was given the reigns of the family winery, based in the foothills of the Dolomite Mountains in Trentino. Converting to biodynamics in 2002, championing the Teroldego grape and bringing it back from the brink. Elisabetta Foradori is now a prominent member of the 10 who make up the Dolomitici group, and is a key figurehead of Biodynamic production in Trentino.
