Clémentine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi tend around 14 hectares of land, with vineyards surrounded by chestnut trees, shrubs, oaks and olive groves. Clémentine, from lyon, went to school for viticulture and oenology in Alsace, where she met Gianmarco. Clémentine was not comfortable with what she was had been taught in school, she knew for sure she would never work with chemicals and modern oenology. In 2005 she agreed to help Gianmarco plant some young vines. With their combined knowledge and experience, the couple live for their terroir, always learning and discovering each day.
