Pierre uses multiple 50 litre demijohn and patience to make unbelievably unique wines, working meticulously like a mad scientist. Marked on the bottle is the number of the demi-john (dj121) this particular bottle of wine came from. Each cuvee is a limited release of around 66 bottles which no one else in the world will have. The nose on this pinot noir is almost indescribably interesting. Same as the gamay the flavours are so pure, delicate but extremely complex.
Colour - Red
Grape - Pinot Noir

Pierre Andrey

Pierre and Florence reside in Metz in the French Moselle. Working almost mysteriously, Pierre is a medical equipment consultant in the day, driving to and from Luxembourg, and in the evenings and weekends he sculpts his unique wine. Travelling to the Domaines of winemaker friends in different regions of France: Alsace, Beaujolais, Jura he buys organically grown grapes and drives his van back to make pure wine in Metz without the use of chemicals like sulphur. He also experiments with Pinot Noir on a dozen acres behind his house. Purity is his calling.
