Denis Bogoevic farms biodynamically indigenous varieties Plavac mali and Grk located on the Pelješac peninsula in southern Dalmatia, the vineyard consists of 2 south facing hectares. A small annual production of 6000-8000 bottles (depending on the year) as the conditions in the vineyards are extreme, the vines are low trained bush vines to protect the fruit from the sun. The cultivation of the vineyards and crops is completely natural and traditional, with low yields and only wild indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation.
