Orsi San Vito
Colli Bolognesi, just outside of Bologna, holds Federico Orsi's biodynamic farm. Federico fully embraces diversity and the vegetables grown are served at several of Emilia's restaurants. As well as Mora Romagnola pigs roaming the farm. Federico is always experimenting, fermenting and ageing in all sorts of vessels, making delicious and honest wines that are representative of the terroir.
