Núria and Manel Aviñó's estate is located in the Parque Natural del Garraf, surrounded by mediterranean forests with calcareous sandy soil. They use biodynamic methods with natural treatments, teas and wild yeasts as well as no chemicals in the cellar. Promoting biodiversity is of upmost importance to the farm, brimming with bees that pollinate. A very healthy vineyard indeed.
