The family have been working vineyards in the Loire region since 1886. Taking over in the 80s Catherine and Pierre starting cultivating biodynaically in 1990, using only native yeasts found naturally on the skins and no chemical additives as well as minimal sulphur to ensure the wine is as honest as possible.
