Fork & Knives
Thirst quenching Pinot Noir from young vines grown on loess soils. Only 3 days on skins and aged in oak barrels for around 12 months. Milan preserves freshness and vivid acidity in the wine.
A young grower based in Moravia, a region in the Czech Republic that lies just 15km from the northern Austrian border. The vines were planted over 8 hectares in 2001 by Milan's father. Keeping the yield low focussing on quality and the potential of each variety they grow. Vinifying everything with indigenous yeasts and bottling without fining or filtering.
