Roberto Maestri makes lively, delicious wines, this sparkling rose only spends a night on their skins leaving a softly pink wine. Leaving the lees in the bottle it's cloudy pink with red fruit and blood orange.

Roberto Maestri works traditionally and organically on five hectares of vines. The soil is clay-gravel and Roberto will only use wild yeasts with second fermentation completed in the bottle. The vineyards sit just outside Parma in Emilia-Romagna.
