Laurent Bagnol, an ex-sommelier from Nimes, started the Domaine in 2008 with a single hectare. Between vineyards and olive trees, the terroir of Souvignargues is located 50 km from the sea on the foothills of Cévenol, in the heart of Sommierois. The soils are varied and rich in their complexity of sandstone, clay, red soil and clapas. He started working the parcel in 2011, converting to Organic, using indigenous yeasts.
