Near the town of Chinon, Beatrice and Pascal cultivate approximately 13 hectares of vineyards. The soils range from sand and gravel, limestone-clay and flint based clay. Practising organic viticulture for over 20 years and biodynamic practises since 2005, becoming certified in 2012. They plow the rows, planting each year different cover crops to help progress the biodiversity and add nutrients for the following season. Their overall desire is to express the terroir and elaborate on their personalities in the cellar.
