Vivid red fruits with a savoury and herbaceous note.
Growing up in Corbières Mylène starting to make biodynamic wine in 2008, in the mountains just behind the Mediterranean port of Sete. The vines are surrounded by dense rosemary, lavender, juniper and scrub oak. Growing many different grapes but also Chasselas from a 50 year old plot, which is very unusual for the Languedoc. Her wines are expressive of they're surroundings and have an air of 'garrigue', the local name for the herbs that dominate her vineyards.
