Bianco dei Muni
Fresh pears and apples, crisp minerality.
Having 5 hectares of vines in the hamlet of Muni in the Alpone valley northeast of Verona, 300-500 metres above sea level, Daniele has dedicated himself to championing Durella, the indigenous grape of the area. Locally Durella is known as Rabbiosa (angry) because of it's typically fiesty acidity. Doing everything without chemicals in the vinyeards and minimal chemicals in the cellar.
