Monte Dall'Ora
Alessandra and Carlo Venturini discovered Monte dall'Ora, anciest vineyards in the hills outside of Verona, as they were raised by farmers they instantly fell in love with the vineyards. Based on limestone the vineyards form a natural amphitheatre as well as portions of the vineyards being planted on ancient dry stone terraces called marogna, this brittle stone allows for excellent drainage and deep root formations. Firm believers in biodynamics, they encourage the biodiversity in the vineyards, planting rosemary and lavander in the summer and sewing cereals in the winter.
