A white with amber shades, bold apples and yeast with almondy nutty flavours. Firm fave.
Created in Nou de Gaià in the Tarragona region in 2010. Taking advantage of the influence of the Mediterranean Sea that makes a gentle and warm climate, they farm organically; 22ha of 9 vineyards, olive trees, sown trees and carob trees. Their philosophy is that everything now and in the future will be sustainable and making organic wines without sulphites is, more than a whim or an invention, it is a necessity. The farms are controlled and certified by the Catalan Council of Ecological Agriculture, the CCPAE.
