Jean-François Debourg

The winery has been around since 1850 and was passed over to Debourg from his father. Until 2016, all the grapes from perfectly worked vines were used in the cooperative cellar or sold on to different winemakers such as Alice Bouvot from Domaine de l'Octavin. Debourg was taken under the wing of François Ecot and shown the ways of natural winemaking. As well as winemaking, Debourg also built his winery and storage. A resourceful and energetic producer for sure.
