Amós Bañeres and Alex Ruiz set about finding local vineyards that could express the local varieties best and decided from day one that they would produce naturally with spontaneous yeasts and no enological products. The wines are named after insects to pay tribute to the insects that inhabit their vineyards, as they are a symbol of the healthy ecosystem Amós and Alex have helped to create.
