Christine and Joel Menard based in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon AOC, have been producing wine for more than thirty years, specialising in Cab Franc, Grolleau, Gamay and Chenin Blanc. They farm 13ha biodynamically and are particularly proud of their soils which are rich and full of life. Avoiding artificial yeasts and keeping sulphur to a minimum they make bright and vibrant wines.
